Stunning hotel, what can I say, really easy to find, easy to park, have underground car parking for a reasonable cost. Reception was always polite, no matter what the question, they answered it, their English was good too, pretty useful when us English can’t speak French. Lounge was comfortable and like a huge living room, warm (that’s nice) bar was open all the time and staff were always helpful and asked us to sit and they would bring drinks over. Breakfast, where do I start, everything you could think of, all fresh, and even had a Chef (in uniform) and was stood waiting to make anything we wanted. I asked for fresh omelettes and they were made in front of me. Coffee was plentiful and it was as much as you could drink and eat. Stunning choice, with friendly service. Can’t fault it. The room, had a stunning view of mountains and was warm again (this is important as I’m finding certain premises are not turning their heating up) Toilet and Shower facilities are absolutely stunning, fresh towels when you want them, 3 bathrobes (there was 3 of us) and all different sizes that fitted us all, someone even thought of that. Housing cleaning were on the ball, and I even came back to find clothing folded. Can’t be faulted. Used the restaurant a few times and had a varied menu, again, they were quick, left you alone, the food was stunning and again, I can’t fault it. The sauna was €15.00 to use, and that was only if there was not a group booked. I didn’t think they should charge for a sauna, but then I used the swimming pool and was expecting a Luke warm dip. I was wrong, the pool was hot, and I mean hot, it was lovely, you don’t need a sauna when the pool is that hot. Nice to laze around in a hot pool whilst looking out at the snow. Used it every day after skiing. They also had a ski room in the basement, that you could hire and buy anything.

The room was beautiful, well maintained, clean, luxurious, without compromising privacy and a welcoming feel. The view from the room was wonderful to wake up to every day. The food at the hotel was exceptional (both in the morning for breakfast, and then in the evening for dinner). The staff at the hotel were welcoming, attentive, and caring. The ability to hire and store ski and snowboarding equipment on site was to the highest standard and we felt very well serviced for our ski/snowboarding holiday. The bar was welcoming with a good selection of drinks and snacks to enjoy after a day on the slopes.

Easy walk across the carpark to the lifts and shopping centre. Comfy beds, separate toilet and shower room with bath, decor. Breakfast was amazing, and the food in the restaurant in the evening was top class. Restaurant has lovely views and nice decor. Free popcorn in a little cart in the bar area and flavoured water and pastries in the reception were nice touches. Loved the spa which we prebooked for our group of 6 with exclusive use one night. We also got a farewell gift of water bottles.

In general, we really liked the staff of your hotel (with the exception of the woman at the reception at the spa), very friendly and kind staff. Special thanks to the welcoming staff, when we arrived they immediately brought the cart and helped unload luggage from the car straight to the room, it was very convenient. Also perfect cleanliness of the rooms and a good view both - the restaurant and from the rooms!

The views from the Mountain View rooms are absolutely wonderful with no vis a vis. The rooms are larger than average for French Alp hotels and are comfortable and well organised. The bar lounge area is cosy, the breakfast great value. Above all, the staff are superb; friendly, helpful, happy - especially Oksana!! Highly recommend
